Refund Policy

INDIA CUSTOMERS ONLY

PRODUCT ORDERS:

If your item is in stock it will ship within 1-3 business days of approved and cleared payment. Orders are processed in order of receipt and upon approved payment. If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted it will be backordered. Back ordering generally adds an additional 2-10 business days. If the item will not be in stock within the backorder time period, you will have the option to wait for a back-order, modify the order, or cancel the order with a full refund.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION:

All domestic orders include free standard shipping in India. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days by email at [email protected] If you do not contact us within this time period, and the damage was caused by carrier error, you may forfeit any damage claim that you may have with the carrier. Hoverpro is not responsible for any policies or procedures required by any shipping carrier as to damaged goods. Under normal circumstances, your item(s) will ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of your payment clearing. Hoverpro only ships Monday through Saturday. Any in-stock orders placed Saturday through Sunday will ship the following week.

GENERAL TERMS:

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of an order. By purchasing from our hoverpro.in, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions stated on Hoverpro.in. All brands, product names, product depictions and materials appearing on Hoverpro.in are the intellectual property of their respective owners and licensees. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from hoverpro.in, you may return it within 2 days of the delivery date for refund (to your original form of payment only) if qualified (eligibility conditions listed below).

Hoverpro will either repair or replace at no charge to you products having defects that are not the result of misuse, customer modification/alterations, or other use other than as intended. Such repair or replacement shall include new or refurbished replacement parts, at our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models. All shipping, handling, and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%.
Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY:

Your new Hoverpro Product (“Product”) includes a Limited Hardware Warranty (“Warranty”). The Warranty covers product defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This Warranty is limited to residents of India only and is available only to original purchasers. This Warranty does not cover re-certified products.

The Warranty Period is not extended if the Product is repaired or replaced. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion; however, any changes will not be retroactive.

Return shipping shall only be provided for Products dead on arrival (“DOA”) within three (3) days of purchase only. All other returns/repairs shall require payment of shipping cost at discounted rate to be determined as follows:

HOVERPRO Miniseg/H11/H10/E-Scooter/Drifter shall be Rs 2o00.
HOVERPRO H6/H7/H8 shall be Rs 1000.(Note: Shipping prices are subject to change without further notice.)

This Warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear (including but not limited to wearable and other consumable parts such as tires); or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

You need to pack the product yourself and keep the necessary print outs ready for warranty pickups. It is also required to keep the original package box throughout the warranty period to pack it properly and avoid transit damages.

LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS:

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you have placed an order, it has not yet shipped, and you wish to cancel, please forward your order confirmation to [email protected] to request cancel within 2 hours. Since the cancellation process may take up to 24 hours, please note that any orders that do ship in the meantime will have to be rejected and/or returned to us. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product Hoverpro are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, if received, the box should remain unopened. Once we receive the returned order, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. Shipping charge is not refundable. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
