Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY
In case a customer has mistakenly paid twice for the same product then the money will be refunded via the same source within seven working days. If you are not completely satisfied or do not find useful with a product purchased from hoverpro.in, you may return it within 2 days of the delivery date for refund. All returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%. We will Deduct 30% as restocking fee and refund the balance amount to customer provided returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice. After the 2 Days period from delivery date. Refund policy will not be applicable.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We don’t have any return policy, we provide only repair warranty. No returns/Exchange is allowed after the product is delivered. Since the item is of outdoor usage and in similar terms to vehicle in nature, its not feasible for us to return/exchange the item due to heavy shipping costs involved.

Return shipping shall only be provided for Products dead on arrival (“DOA”) within 24 hours of purchase only. All other returns/repairs shall require payment of shipping cost at discounted rate to be determined as follows:

Hoverpro S11/H11/H9/E-Scooter/Drifter shall be Rs 2000/-
Hoverpro H6/H7/H8 shall be Rs 1000.(Note: Shipping prices are subject to change without further notice.

You need to pack the product yourself and keep the necessary print outs ready for warranty pickups. It is also required to keep the original package box throughout the warranty period to pack it properly and avoid transit damages.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Since we follow same day shipping principle, any cancellation needs to be done within 2 hours of placing order. Please forward your order number to hoverproindia@gmail.com to request cancellation with reason. Order cancellation more than 2 hours will not be considered. If you still wish to cancel after 2 hours period, double Shipping charges (To and from) will be applicable to the customer, if the order has been dispatched, Then refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges. The amount will be refund to your account within seven working days of receiving the product.

Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.

SHIPPING TERMS
If the order is to be delivered in Delhi NCR product will be delivered within two working days and in the case of any other location, customer will get the delivery within seven working days (please refer to shipping page for more details) But no responsibility will be taken for any delay of the package as we have no control on the time taken by the delivery channel partner.
